Where the standard fee for Permanent Employment is between 20% to 30% of Annual Salary - our reasonable Finder's Fee is only 15% of Annual Salary (subject to change) with complete Replacement Guarantee Within the first 3 months - if you're not satisfied and decide to terminate our candidate, or if the candidate leaves the job; we shall REPLACE with another suitable candidate within 60 days without any additional cost to you or the Finder's Fee shall be refunded (after deducting $495 as administrative fee).
