3. What is your Finder's Fee ?

Our reasonable Finder's Fee for permanent position is 10% of position's annual salary.  

4. What is Replacement Guarantee ?

Replacement Guarantee. Within the first 3 months - if you're not satisfied and decide to terminate our candidate, or if the candidate leaves the job; we shall REPLACE with another suitable candidate within 60 days without any additional cost to you or the Finder's Fee shall be refunded (after deducting $495 as administrative fee).
